Privacy policy

Data we collect

When you order: first name, email, birth date, time and place (and your partner's for a synastry). This data is used only to compute the birth chart, write and deliver the guide.

Legal basis and retention

Performance of the contract. Retention: 5 years from the order date.

Recipients

Technical providers: hosting, payment, email delivery and the artificial intelligence service used for writing.

YouTube videos

Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

User accounts

Creating an account is optional; everything on the site works without one. If you create an account, we store: your email address, the birth data you choose to save for yourself, the charts you save for other people (first name or nickname, birth date, time and place), your favorite celebrities, your newsletter choice with its date, and the date of your last visit.

Why: to let you find your chart, your people and your favorites again, and to show you the guides bought with your email. Legal basis: your request when you create the account; the newsletter is sent only if you tick the box yourself.

Birth data is never shared, never sold and never shown publicly. Only you can see it. Only save someone else's data if they agree.

Retention: until you delete your account. Accounts with no sign-in for 3 years are deleted. Purchase records are kept separately for accounting purposes (see above), unlinked from a deleted account.

Your rights: from your account page you can download all your data (JSON file) and delete your account and everything saved with it at any time. You can also write to hello@astrosecrets.co. This processing is governed by Senegalese law, without prejudice to the mandatory protection rules of your country of residence.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, objection: write to hello@astrosecrets.co. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country of residence.
