Clarisse's analysis
Freddie Mercury is Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, a four-octave voice and a stage presence nobody has matched. He passed away in 1991. His birth time is unknown, his birth certificate doesn't list one, so no rising sign or houses: we're reading the planets by sign.
Sun and Mercury in Virgo: the perfectionist
His Sun and Mercury are in Virgo. Behind the flamboyance was a meticulous perfectionist who worked every arrangement and every vocal harmony. Bohemian Rhapsody and its layers of vocals recorded one by one? Pure Virgo.
Four planets in Libra: the theatrical aesthete
Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Neptune are in Libra. A love of beauty, refinement and spectacle. Freddie studied art and design, and he drew the Queen logo himself. Libra is also about partnership: he called Mary Austin the love of his life, and she stayed his closest friend until the end.
Saturn and Pluto in Leo: the powerhouse showman
Saturn and Pluto in Leo is incredible stage power, the ability to hold an entire stadium in his hand. Live Aid in 1985 is still one of the greatest performances in history.
The Moon: Sagittarius or Capricorn?
The Moon changed signs on the day he was born. In Sagittarius, he'd have needed freedom and excess. In Capricorn, he'd have been private and very hard on himself. His fierce privacy about his personal life leans Capricorn.
North Node in Gemini: the mission of the voice
His North Node is in Gemini: his life mission ran through communication and sharing. His voice still speaks to every new generation.
The bottom line
A Virgo perfectionist, a theatrical Libra aesthete and a Leo showman who remains a legend.
